All drivers on our website are fully insured for your personal or rental vehicle as the primary insurance.

We require a $120 non refundable deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation then the full balance if your reservation is to be paid to your driver directly.

Your driver can make recommendations to you. But we do offer your own personal concierge that can help plan your day and make all of your reservations for a small fee, You can add it to your reservation when making your reservation online or call us directly to add this service to your reservation.

All reservations require that the pick up and drop off location is the same. This is because the driver will driver his/her personal car to the starting location. If the drop off is different then they cannot get back to their car.
You can pay for a drivers taxi/uber charge along with the hourly time to have the driver taken back to the original starting point to his/her vehicle.

We do not include winery fees in our rates. Each guest will be required to pay the wineries directly. Each winery charges a wine tasting fee. Fees vary from winery to winery.

We service Napa, Sonoma, Calistoga, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Livermore, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Paso Robles, Austin Texas and Maui Hawaii. If you are being picked up outside the area your driver might charge you a travel fee to cover time, gas and bridge tolls.

Most of the time it will be fine. But somethimes the driver may be already booked for another job after your reservation or may not be available. So we cannot guarantee it. It is better to reserve longer time in advance. But you can always call and verify if you can on the reseration line.

Most drivers require a six hour minimum for wine tours.

We recommend 4-5 wineries on a 6 hour tour. On average you will be at each winery for one hour. And on average each winery is 15 minutes apart. And remember you will need to eat at some point.
But your driver can help make recomendations. This way the exact time can be better caculated.

On average a wine tour is 6-8 hours. But sometimes more if you are going to dinner after your wine tour.

Your designated driver will meet you at your home or hotel and this is where we begin the wine tour. Your designated driver will leave his/her own vehicle where we pick you up and this will be the place we drop you off.

Most wineries open at 10 am. Closing is usually from 4-6pm and most at 5 pm. Visiting 4 wineries is typical for a 6 hour day. We can start any time. We work for you so we work around your schedule.

We can give you several suggestions depending on where we are touring. Sometimes clients bring snacks and sandwiches for picnicking. There are wonderful restaurants to choose from too. We can call in orders to deli’s and pick up while you are wine tasting.
